Group Lead Marketing (m/w/x)

Your tasks

  • Your task is to develop our marketing strategy together with all relevant stakeholders, to operationalize it and to measure its impact  
  • The core elements of such a strategy include: Group vision/mission, market and brand positioning, strategic goals, 1y/3y roadmap, 1y OKRs, budget planning, organizational structure, operational structure.
  • Your main task is to align the marketing value creation processes with regard to the strategic priorities and the company purpose. 
  • You will be involved in creating organization-wide OKRs and driving the derivation of OKRs for the Marketing Group.
  • We count on your ability to lead teams in line with our organizational culture characterized by decentralized, autonomous teams and competency-based decision-making processes.

Requirements

  • You have at least 10 years of professional experience in the field of marketing - preferably in a start-up or highly dynamic environment and are experienced in corresponding working methods such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean.
  • You bring experience from the following areas: Online Advertising, Growth and Performance Marketing, B2B and B2C Product Marketing, Sales, Community Building, Social Media, Content Production, Public and Investor Relations, Branding, Internationalization. 
  • At least 5 years of experience with personnel responsibility - ideally of very diverse areas 
  • For you leadership means being responsible for the framework, not the details, and making sure people discover, develop and realize their potential to best serve the organization's purpose.
  • Your basic approach to teamwork is one of trust and intuition - rather than control
  • You're so passionate about disruptive brands and products that you'd rather read about market trends (ideally in automotive) than the latest Stephen King novel, even outside of work
  • The Sono Motors vision ("A world without fossil fuels") gives you goosebumps
  • Very good organizational and communication skills
