Patent Engineer (m/w/x)

Your Tasks

  • You search for and recognize inventions within the company that are worthy of protection
  • You will support the inventors in creating invention reports and calculate inventor fees
  • You will act as the interface to external patent law firms (e.g. support with registration and examination procedures)
  • Furthermore, the creation of FTO analyzes or the support of external service providers is part of your range of tasks
  • You create license agreements or support external service providers in this
  • The administration and organization of the patent portfolio within the company is your responsibility
  • You manage and organize the patent budget within the company
  • You will also support the expansion and planning of the company's patent strategy

Our Requirements

  • You have a degree in patent engineering or a comparable training
  • You have relevant professional experience
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of micro- / or power electronics or similar
  • Your English and German skills are very good
  • You work carefully and efficiently and you have an analytical conceptual mindset
  • You show the willingness to take responsibility and to work in a self-organized manner
  • You have a real talent for organization and you are reliable
  • You are empathetic, show commitment, teamwork and enthusiasm
