Employee Financial Accounting (f/m/x)

Your Tasks

  • You are responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting 
  • Accounting processing of all occurring business transactions - including clarification of special cases
  • Ongoing maintenance and reconciliation of balances and accounts
  • Timely preparation of payment runs
  • You take over the invoice verification
  • You actively support the dunning process and receivables management
  • Preparation, checking and provision of business evaluations
  • Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Other activities and ad hoc tasks in accounting  

Our Requirements

  • You have completed an apprenticeship as a tax specialist or tax economist or a degree in economics - ideally with a focus on accounting or a comparable qualification
  • Sound work experience in accounting, preferably in a law firm; experience in the automotive or start-up industry is a plus
  • Excellent Datev or SAP knowledge
  • Very good English and German language skills are a prerequisite
  • Affinity for numbers and analytical skills as well as a holistic understanding of business contexts
  • You have a very reliable and independent way of working
  • Sustainability is close to your heart, you like to swim in the open sea and stand by your mistakes and successes
