Internal Audit & Risk Manager (m/f/x)

Your tasks

  • You are responsible for the audit, coordination and further development of the internal control system 
  • You are also responsible for the implementation of an early risk detection system
  • In addition, you are responsible for carrying out process and risk analyses
  • You communicate the audit results to the management
  • You coordinate audit activities with auditors and tax consultants
  • Implementation and support of risk-oriented audits of business processes as well as risk analyses
  • You prepare audit reports and monitor the implementation of recommendations

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a business degree or have a comparable qualification
  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience, preferably in the audit department of a Big 4 auditing firm or in the internal audit department of an international group
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (esp. Excel and Power Point)
  • Experience with SAP or DATEV is a plus
  • You have comprehensive knowledge in accounting and balance sheet preparation (HGB, IFRS)
  • Experience with risk management systems is a plus 
  • Very good English and German skills are a basic requirement
  • Affinity for numbers and analytical skills as well as a holistic understanding of business contexts and processes
  • You bring a very reliable way of working and have good communication skills
  • Sustainability is important to you; you like to swim in the open sea and stand by your successes and mistakes
