Release Manager Automotive Electric Vehicle

Your Tasks

  • Continuously steering and improvement of the existing release process

  • Support by managing, cooperating and alignment with all stakeholders on Release Management process execution

  • Support by develop, measure, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and design and generate metric reports

  • Support the development team to keep the release process and project on schedule

  • Work closely with the Sion development team on a daily basis

Our Requirements

  • Technical degree, e.g. mechanical engineering, automotive engineering 

  • 3+ years experience in a similar position in the automotive industry

  • Taking and driving ownership, showing initiative and problem solving attitude

  • Ability to negotiate effective terms and conditions between internal/external or across internal parties

  • Fluent in English, German is a plus

  • Sustainability is close to your heart, you like swimming in the open ocean and stand by your successes and mistakes
