Your tasks

  • You are one of the first points of contact for supporters, members of our community, reservers of our Sion and other interested parties - and thus the decisive first impression of Sono Motors
  • You communicate with these target groups very individually within the framework of a professional Community Releationship Management, both by e-mail and phone
  • Often you will talk to enthusiastic fans about our Sion - but at the same time you will manage expectations empathically and represent Sono Motors authentically to the outside world
  • In addition, you will support, for example, the development of an optimal communication process for our various target groups, both individualized and standardized
  • In addition, you collect relevant information in our systems and evaluate it

Requirements

  • It doesn't matter whether you have a degree in business administration or communication or an apprenticeship as an office clerk
  • The main thing is that you are a talent for communication and organisation, who enjoys exchanging ideas and dealing with people
  • Very good German and English skills are an absolute must - further language skills at B2 level, e.g. Dutch or Spanish, are a plus
  • Sustainability is close to your heart and you stand by your successes and mistakes
  • You find the topics energy economy and cars fundamentally exciting - of course especially the Sion - and don't get tired of talking to our community about it
