Your Tasks

  • You are in direct contact with the people who are enthusiastic about the Sion and Sono Motors
  • You are the contact person for all inquiries by email and telephone
  • You will help to create templates for customer communication
  • At the same time, you always have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and actively help shape customer communication

Our Requirements

  • We need your passion for individual customer service, e-mobility and environmental sustainability
  • You also have a strong service orientation and can keep a cool head even in difficult communication situations
  • You are very confident in German spelling and in formulating texts
  • Very good German and English skills are an absolute must. Further language skills are welcome
  • You are reliable and motivated to gain work experience in a young, innovative and sustainable company
