Your tasks

  • Your goal is to boost customer satisfaction for a better understanding of our customers' needs
  • You will be responsible for designing a perfect customer journey from calls and emails to the individual customer login and the implementation of a CRM system
  • An essential part of your tasks is the visionary shaping and leading of a fast growing department in a young company 
  • Through continuous alignment with your team, you will contribute to the quality assurance and improvement of the current communication
  • You optimize internal coordination in order to improve information flows. In doing so, you coordinate with the other market leads
  • In this way, you ensure that the interests of our customers are represented within the company

Requirements

  • You care deeply about customer satisfaction and have made it your profession to maximize it
  • You have a vision of how to promote customer satisfaction and achieve a better understanding of customer needs
  • With your relevant and extensive experience in customer journey optimization you bring true "customer success" to our customers
  • You already have experience with agile working methods such as SCRUM, Kanban or other
  • You are familiar with CRM systems and are able to support the implementation of a CRM system
  • You have already gained experience as a team leader in a company with flat hierarchies and a very friendly and cheerful way of working
